    Default Wool Jacket

    What is everyone using now?

I'm looking for a lighter weight green plaid jacket.
I've already told you more than I know.

I wear the LL bean Maine Guide jac shirt and it has served me well for over 10 years. It's unlined and perfect for tracking.

Here's the link, thought I sent it the first time. https://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/1117...rValue_0=Loden

The wife doesn't want me to sew the patch on it, cause after 10 years, the jacket still looks great and I wear it out. She don't understand the significance of the patch though.

Me too. I bought a new one this year (black and gray plaid) because my old one has been shrinking around the waist the past few years....

Johnson version of what Mainewoods got from Beans but in spruce green, best price was from HN Williams store at time, also available in green plaid.

Have a Big Bill reversible wool vest to throw over when like Thanksgiving Day cold.

    Happy with quality of both.

I have been looking myself for a couple years. I think this is the best deal I’ve found.

Sure did. Mailed the application out on Monday the 19th, and got it back that next week. Figure I’d beat the crowd, haha!

Not sure about their jackets, but my next wool pants will be by spirit horse https://www.ccsutlery.com/store/sh-pants-cargo1.html
